Our Founder's Story
Growing up in a chaotic household, books became my sanctuary. They gave me access to worlds far bigger than my circumstances and later became some of my greatest tools for personal growth and entrepreneurship. I was a real-life Matilda.
I always knew I wanted to write a book, but when I explored traditional publishing, I realised they cared more about whether I already had a large audience than whether I had a meaningful story worth telling.
So instead of waiting for permission, I chose myself and decided to self-publish.
Everyone told me writing a book would be overwhelming and exhausting, but I decided my journey would be joyful. So I flew to California, sat beside a rooftop pool in Beverly Hills and began writing my book there.
I shared the journey publicly as I wrote, building a community around the process itself. I became an Amazon bestselling author and completely fell in love with the power of storytelling, visibility and authority.
That one decision opened doors I never imagined possible. I was interviewed on Fox News as a Woman of Influence, recorded my Audible book in the same studio as David Attenborough, spoke on stages, featured in magazines and built incredible authority in my business through the power of my book.
And that is exactly why The Wealthy Woman Publishing House was born.
