Despite all the progress that has been made, women remain significantly underrepresented in business ownership and leadership. Only around 1 in 3 UK entrepreneurs is female, and only around 20% of UK businesses are female-led.
We don't believe that's because women lack talent, ambition or capability.
We believe many women have been conditioned to build alone.
To see other women as competition.
To believe there is only so much success, visibility and opportunity available.
To keep their ideas close to their chest rather than sharing them.
And yet the evidence tells a different story. Human connection, community and peer support are among the most valuable factors in entrepreneurial success.
The Power Circle was created to offer a different experience.
