Effective Date: Date of Purchase

This Sponsorship Agreement ("Agreement") governs the purchase of a sponsorship package for the Wealthy Woman Property Conference ("Event"), organised by The Wealthy Woman Company ("Organiser"). By completing payment for a sponsorship package, you ("Sponsor") agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Sponsorship Package

The Sponsor is purchasing one of the following sponsorship packages:

  • VIP Sponsorship

  • Gold Sponsorship

  • Silver Sponsorship

  • Exhibition Package

The specific package purchased will determine the benefits included. Package inclusions are as described on the relevant sales page and sponsorship proposal at the time of purchase.

2. Payment

Full payment is due at the time of purchase unless an alternative written payment arrangement has been agreed by the Organiser.

Where an instalment plan has been agreed, all payments remain payable on the agreed dates regardless of attendance or participation.

Late or missed payments may result in sponsorship benefits being paused or withdrawn until payments are brought up to date.

3. Confirmation of Sponsorship

A sponsorship package is considered secured only once payment has been successfully received.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel sponsorship applications that conflict with the values of the event or an existing exclusivity agreement.

4. Marketing Assets

To enable the Organiser to begin promoting the Sponsor, the Sponsor agrees to provide requested marketing materials promptly, including where applicable:

  • Company logo

  • Website address

  • Company biography

  • Social media links

  • Promotional offer

  • QR code or landing page

  • Brand guidelines (optional)

The Organiser cannot guarantee inclusion in all marketing activities if these materials are received after published deadlines.

5. Sponsorship Benefits

Benefits may include (depending on package purchased):

  • Brand visibility across event marketing

  • Website listing

  • Social media promotion

  • Email marketing inclusion

  • Event workbook listing

  • Complimentary delegate tickets

  • VIP seating

  • Gift bag inclusion

  • Power Circle membership

  • Sponsor spotlight emails

  • Podcast or interview opportunities

  • Exhibition space

  • Access to the Deal Room

  • Property networking events throughout the partnership period

Benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for alternative services unless agreed in writing.

6. Complimentary Tickets

Complimentary tickets included within sponsorship packages are non-refundable, non-transferable outside the Sponsor's organisation without prior agreement and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Complimentary Exhibitor Stand

Where offered by the Organiser, a complimentary exhibitor stand is provided as an additional benefit and remains subject to venue availability, health and safety requirements and exhibitor guidelines.

8. Promotional Activities

The Sponsor grants permission for the Organiser to:

  • Display the Sponsor's logo

  • Use supplied marketing materials

  • Mention the Sponsor across social media, websites and email campaigns

  • Include photographs of exhibition stands and representatives during and after the event for future promotional purposes.

The Sponsor confirms they own or have permission to use all submitted branding materials.

9. Event Changes

The Organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:

  • Event timings

  • Venue

  • Speaker line-up

  • Schedule

  • Event format

where necessary.

Should the Event be postponed, sponsorship will automatically transfer to the new event date.

10. Cancellation by the Sponsor

All sponsorship payments are non-refundable.

Should the Sponsor choose not to attend the Event, the Organiser will continue to provide all promotional benefits wherever reasonably possible throughout the sponsorship period.

11. Cancellation by the Organiser

If the Event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond the Organiser's reasonable control, including but not limited to venue closure, government restrictions, acts of God, natural disasters or other force majeure events, the Organiser may postpone or reschedule the Event.

Sponsorship benefits will transfer to the new event date wherever reasonably possible.

12. Liability

The Organiser accepts no responsibility for:

  • Loss or damage to Sponsor property

  • Theft of exhibition materials

  • Personal injury except where caused by negligence

  • Business losses arising from attendance or participation

Sponsors are responsible for arranging appropriate insurance where required.

13. Intellectual Property

All Wealthy Woman Company branding, event branding, logos, photographs, presentations and materials remain the intellectual property of the Organiser unless otherwise stated.

Nothing within this Agreement transfers ownership of intellectual property.

14. Data Protection

Personal information supplied by the Sponsor will be used solely for the administration of the sponsorship agreement and delivery of sponsorship benefits in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

15. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the sponsorship package purchased, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any previous discussions or correspondence.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Acceptance

By completing payment for a sponsorship package, you confirm that:

  • You have read this Sponsorship Agreement in full.

  • You understand and accept these terms.

  • You have authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of your business.

  • You agree to be legally bound by these terms.
