Energetic Wealth Intensive – Booking Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings for the Energetic Wealth Intensive, hosted by The Wealthy Woman Company.
By purchasing a place at this event, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Your Booking
Your place at the Energetic Wealth Intensive is confirmed once your payment (or first instalment where applicable) has been successfully received.
As places are strictly limited to six founders, all bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Investment
The investment for the Energetic Wealth Intensive is £497, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Where a payment plan is offered, the purchaser agrees to complete all scheduled payments, regardless of attendance.
Failure to complete payment may result in access to future events or programmes being withheld until the outstanding balance has been settled.
3. Transfers & Cancellations
As this is a small-group, high-touch experience, significant preparation begins before the event, including personalised Human Design and Gene Keys profiling.
For this reason:
Bookings are firm and cannot be cancelled for a cash refund.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person at no additional cost by notifying us in writing no later than 48 hours before the event.
If you notify us at least 14 days before the event, you may request to transfer your booking to a future Energetic Wealth Intensive. Transfers are subject to availability and may only be made once.
Requests received within 14 days of the event cannot be transferred unless agreed at our discretion.
Failure to attend without prior notice will result in your booking being forfeited.
4. If We Need to Cancel or Reschedule
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the Intensive, you will be offered one of the following options:
A transfer to the new event date, or
A full refund of any monies paid.
We cannot accept responsibility for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including but not limited to travel, accommodation or loss of earnings.
5. Event Content
The Energetic Wealth Intensive is designed to provide education, coaching and strategic guidance.
While every effort is made to support attendees in achieving meaningful results, we cannot guarantee any specific financial, business or personal outcomes.
Success depends on many factors, including implementation, individual circumstances and market conditions.
6. Human Design & Gene Keys
As part of the Intensive, attendees will receive personalised Human Design and Gene Keys insights.
These are intended for educational, coaching and personal development purposes only and should not be considered medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.
7. Confidentiality
We are committed to creating a safe, supportive and confidential environment.
All attendees agree to respect the privacy of fellow founders and not disclose confidential business, financial or personal information shared during the event without permission.
8. Photography & Marketing
Photographs and short video clips may be taken throughout the event for marketing purposes.
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed unless you notify us in writing before the event.
If you would prefer not to appear in any marketing materials, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.
9. Health & Dietary Requirements
Please inform us of any dietary requirements or accessibility needs at least seven days before the event.
Whilst we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that all dietary requirements can be met.
10. Behaviour
We are committed to maintaining a respectful, supportive environment.
We reserve the right to ask any attendee to leave the event without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory or compromises the experience of other attendees.
11. Intellectual Property
All workbooks, presentations, templates and materials provided during the Intensive remain the intellectual property of The Wealthy Woman Company unless otherwise stated.
They are supplied for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or sold without prior written permission.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wealthy Woman Company accepts no responsibility for any indirect loss, business interruption or consequential loss arising from attendance at the event.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
